• Welcome and Introduction (by tony or Richard Stone depending on availability)
• Update on Club Development Proposals and plans for next season (by tony or Richard), with an opportunity for questions
• Reflections on the season - by year group coach(es)
• Presentation (by coaches) of medals/pennants (and certificates if appropriate) to each individual player
• Presentation (by coaches) of "Players’ Player", "Coaches’ Player" and "Most Improved Player" awards  (as appropriate)
• Presentation of any League trophies and medals the team has won
• Chat and socialising
• Finish

On Wednesday Chippenham’s ground is in Stanley Lane Chippenham, Which is on this map.

I’ll be there about 6:15, and we’ll start as soon a we can after that.  Anyone arriving later will be substituted on so everyone gets a game.

On Sunday, for those going to the Thornbury Tournament, it is in Castle School, Gloucester Road, Thornbury, here.

I’ll give out letters on Wednesday, but be there by 9:30 please, and find me or Dave.
