One of the people interviewed is Jim White, a sports journalist, who has written a book about managing his son’s team. "You’ll Win Nothing with Kids: Fathers, Sons and Football" .  This is a book which a Larkhall parent has suggested to me should be required reading for all football coaches (and perhaps parents too?!).
